Our Story

Foraged Flavours is a small, family run business born from a love for nature, a dream, my own health issues, and one very stubborn horse. My name is Nadia. I have spent many years fighting various health issues. However, the biggest turning point for Foraged Flavours came after many years of helping my horse through ulcers and other medical problems. We hit a snag, and a number of years ago I faced the hardest goodbye I had ever planned. He was given weeks to live, as we could not do anything more from a treatment or conventional route. So I clutched at straws and turned to simple, plant based remedies “just in case.” Today, he is still by my side, and that answered question added fuel to my lifelong fascination with what nature can really do.

I live here on a farm with my partner, two horses, our foster dog, chinchillas, and a big flock of chickens and ducks. Between work, chores, and herbal experiments, you will find me out foraging. Or harvesting chamomile at sunrise or drying rosemary at sunset, always testing new blends and recipes. Every tub I fill carries a little piece of this place, its seasons, and its stories and a lot of love.

Foraged Flavours is my way of sharing that magic. I have designed everything, from the labels to the blends. I craft artisan herbal infusions and botanical supplements that celebrate nature’s own chemistry. There are no artificial shortcuts, no mystery ingredients, no plastic and all the packaging is compostable. From Happy Tummy Tea to Meadow Boost powder, each recipe is created to help you feel grounded, energised, and connected to the land.

I also create botanical supplements for animals. These are a work in progress, so more will be added soon.
